Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the supanova website (www.supanova.app), launchpad (launch.supanova.app) and wallet (app.supanova.app), why, and the rights you have. It follows Panama’s Law No. 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors from the EU or UK, the GDPR.

1. Controller

SUPANOVA, CORP., a corporation (sociedad anónima) incorporated under Law 32 of 1927 of the Republic of Panama, registered in the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry of Panama under Folio No. 155778614, with its registered office at San Francisco, Calle 74, Midtown Building, 16th Floor, Office 1601, Panama City, Republic of Panama. 2. What we collect

On the website

• The website has no account and no forms.
• Technical logs needed to run it securely, such as IP address, browser and time of request, kept briefly by our hosting provider.
• Analytics, only if you accept optional cookies. See the cookie policy.
• Anything you send us by email.

In the launchpad and wallet

• Sign-in details, such as your email address or the identifier from a social login.
• Your Canton party ID, account balances and the transactions you make.
• Launchpad profile details you choose to add, such as a display name and avatar, and the coins you create. These are public by design.

Transactions are recorded on the Canton Network and shared with the network participants involved, as the network requires. We cannot change or delete records once they are on the network.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the launchpad and wallet you signed up for (performance of a contract).
• To keep the services secure and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).
• To understand how the website is used, only with your consent.
• To answer your emails (legitimate interest).
• To meet our legal obligations.

4. Service providers and transfers

We work with providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Privy (sign-in and wallet infrastructure), Google Analytics (website analytics, only with consent) and Adobe Fonts and Fontshare (web fonts). Some are located outside Panama. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections and, where the GDPR applies, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active and afterwards only as long as the law requires. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle them. Technical logs are kept for a short time for security. Records on the Canton Network are permanent.

6. Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive it in a portable format.
• Ask us to correct or delete it, or to restrict or stop processing it.
• Withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future.
• Complain to a supervisory authority: in Panama, the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI); in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; where the law requires, we will tell you and the authorities about a breach.

8. Children

The services are not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version, and material changes are announced on the website.
