Digital assets carry significant risk. This page summarizes the main risks of using the supanova launchpad and wallet, operated by SUPANOVA, CORP.. It is not complete and it is not investment advice. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely.

1. Launchpad coins

  • Coins are created by users. They have no backing or intrinsic value, are highly speculative and can lose all of their value.
  • supanova does not review or endorse coins. Some may imitate real projects or people.
  • On the bonding curve, every trade moves the price, so prices can change sharply within minutes. Creators and early buyers may sell large amounts at any time.
  • Liquidity can be thin, so you may not be able to sell when or at the price you want. A coin may never complete its curve, and graduating to a liquidity pool does not make it safer.

2. Market risk

Digital asset prices are volatile and can fall to zero. Past performance says nothing about the future. This applies to Canton Coin, stablecoins such as USDCx, wrapped assets such as CBTC and tokenized instruments such as EDELx.

3. Irreversible transactions

Confirmed transactions may be final. Sending assets to the wrong party or confirming a trade you did not intend can mean permanent loss. Check every detail before you confirm.

4. Technology and network risk

The services depend on the Canton Network, smart-contract systems and third-party infrastructure. Bugs, outages, congestion, protocol changes or attacks can cause delays, failed transactions or loss.

5. Access risk

If you lose access to your sign-in method or devices, you may lose access to your assets. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or one-time codes.

6. Stablecoins and tokenized assets

Stablecoins can lose their peg and depend on their issuer’s reserves. Tokenized assets depend on their issuer and the legal claim behind them. Both are outside our control.

7. Regulatory risk

The rules for digital assets differ between countries and keep changing. New laws may limit the services, the assets you hold or their value.

8. No protection, no advice

Assets in the services are not bank deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance or investor compensation schemes. Nothing on the website or in the apps is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy any asset.
